Newtation provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services designed to improve your visibility in AI-powered search platforms. By using our services, you agree to:

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Newtation, its licensors, or other providers of such material, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

While we strive to deliver excellent services and results, the following are the honest limits of what any vendor in this category can commit to:

Pricing

Our pricing is outlined on our website and in service agreements. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with notice to existing clients. Price changes will not affect active service agreements unless mutually agreed upon.

Billing

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your service agreement.

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any proprietary or confidential information shared with us in the course of providing services will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, except as required by law or with your permission.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to it.

• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding third-party platform algorithms or policies

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Newtation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Our services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms and services, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, functionality, or policies of these services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Resolution

Disputes are first to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, they are settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the revision date in the header. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Newtation regarding the use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
